No, as long as we can get hosting access. If there are any hosting issues or limitations we can work with your hosting company to ensure your website runs smoothly, or transfer you to a new host.
We accept Direct-Debit, or PayPal for payment. If you choose the monthly invoicing option, you’ll be sent an invoice via email each month. Payment is due upon receipt of that invoice. As an alternative, you can pay for a years service upfront and avail of our special discount. Please ask about this when you inquire about our service.
Absolutely. All we ask is you give us 30-days notice*. If you are unhappy with the service you have received from Website Care please let us know how we could have improved our service.
*Note: If you have paid for a maintenance package in full Semi-Annually or Annually and decided to cancel, we will not be able to issue a refund.
We will need a WordPress administrator account and hosting login. Don’t worry if you’re not sure of these details, just let us know if you need assistance.
As a member you can submit a support ticket with the work required or issues to fix. We then begin working on the task and if it will take more than the included 30min of WordPress support, we’ll provide you with recommendations and time estimates.
WordPress cloud server systems are very easy to get up and running with pre-installed software and require very little experience to get started.

Yes, you can change to a higher or lower level at any time, with a pro-rated payment. When you change subscription the new quota applies immediately.
